Seating Plan
Seating Plan: Same as a seating chart — the assignment of guests to specific tables.
Seating plan is the British term for what Americans usually call a seating chart. The two terms are interchangeable. Both refer to the document or display that shows which guest is seated at which table at a wedding or event reception.
