Guest List: The full list of invited guests with contact details, RSVP status, and meal choice.

The guest list is the master spreadsheet of everyone invited to a wedding or event. A complete guest list contains name, email or address, RSVP status, plus-one info, meal choice, dietary restrictions, and often a category (family, college friends, work, etc). It feeds directly into the seating chart.
