Reception Layout
Reception Layout: The overall arrangement of tables, dance floor, and other elements in the reception space.
Reception layout is the macro-level decision about where everything goes in the reception room: the dance floor, the head table, the bar, the DJ, the cake table, and the cluster of guest tables. A good reception layout balances sightlines, traffic flow, and a clear path between dinner and dancing.
