Food Stations
Food Stations: Multiple themed food stations placed around the room — guests graze.
Food stations break the meal into themed mini-buffets distributed around the reception space — for example, a pasta station, a carving station, a taco station. Guests circulate between stations rather than queuing one buffet line. Stations encourage mingling and pair well with mixed seating arrangements (some assigned tables, plenty of cocktail tables and lounge seating).
