Buffet Style
Buffet Style: Guests serve themselves from a long line of food stations.
Buffet style service means guests get up from their tables to serve themselves from a long line of food. It is more casual than plated dining, faster to set up, and often less expensive per head. From a seating perspective, buffet receptions still benefit from assigned seating — but the timing is less rigid since guests pace their own meal.
