Singles Table
Singles Table: A table grouping unmarried guests together — increasingly out of favour.
A singles table groups all unmarried guests at one table, traditionally with the implicit goal of helping them mingle. Modern wedding etiquette has largely moved away from singles tables: guests find them awkward, and seating someone with strangers based solely on relationship status feels reductive. Better practice is to seat single guests with friends or in mixed-status groups based on shared interests.
